Smoking PolicyOur community has made a significant investment in the fairground facilities and in the continued success of the Douglas County Fair. With over 60,000 visitors attending the Douglas County Fair each year, we have an obligation to create and maintain a clean and healthy fair environment accessible to all members of our community. Smoking is restricted in all buildings, stalls, pavilions & arenas, Teen Zone, Kids’ Zone, Carnival, Food Court, Grandstands & Amphitheater seating area. Amphitheater Seating PolicySeats in the non-reserved section may not be saved by any means until after 4pm on night of concerts. Thereafter the seats must have a body sitting in one of them to be able to hold up to 4 seats total until the time of the concerts.Blanket and bleacher area is not affected and may be saved with means of blankets or personal items. Fair will have signs in designated area and staffed with security personnel at all times. [ Close Window ] |
Prohibited Conduct & ItemsPersons on the premises must abide by the following code of conduct. Violators will be asked to leave the fairgrounds and will be subject to citation for criminal trespass if they remain or return.Prohibited Conduct:
