Our Mission
The mission of the Douglas County Fairgrounds is to provide a high quality County Fair for the residents of Douglas County, with primary emphasis on agriculture, 4-H and FFA.
The Fair will provide a gathering place for the community to showcase their products and skills, as well as promote agriculture, educational, social, economic and entertainment opportunities.
As a year-round facility, we serve the community by providing multi-use facilities for both public and private events in a responsible manner, generating economic stimulation and tourism development.
About the Fairgrounds
The Douglas County Fairgrounds Complex and Speedway consists of 74 acres on the beautiful South Umpqua River in scenic Roseburg, Oregon. It is truly a year-round multi-purpose facility that hosts an average of 1,400-1,500 event days annually. Our facilities are capable of accommodating just about any type of event activity imaginable.
We have 80,000 square feet of exhibit and meeting space, for conventions, conferences, trade shows, banquets, motor sports spectaculars, rodeos, weddings, convocations, equestrian events and a host of other special event functions.
